I can't get enough embellishment at times! I just love that little extra touch that makes it stand out. Plus that usually means there's more glitz and sparkles, so that's a win for me. Currently this chic balloon sleeve pearl embellished sweater is only $18! That is a crazy steal, because it looks like it would be way way more expensive. It comes in 3 other colors as well, they gray is super nice looking too.

Transforming your white denim for winter is easier than you think! Here it went perfect with the light blush color especially with the pearls, but you could rock white jeans with about any color as long as you pair the right boot with it.

For example I chose my grey OTK boots for this to keep it in the pastel scheme. You could totally do a double dose of black or tan though with the white in between and it would look great. Also, it doesn't have to be OTK boots paired with white... although I do love OTK boots, you can totally wear some cute booties and make the look work too.

Speaking about OTK boots, I know there's always the battle about keeping them up and in place. The struggle is real y'all. Honestly, I've had some pretty decent luck with all the pairs I own. I have a couple where they hit me right above the knee and those give me some troubles depending what I'm wearing with them. Usually if I have leggings or jeans on I totes fine, but if it's a bare leg it's a little annoying. Good thing I came across THESE the other day for a solution to the dreaded problem! I am definitely going to get some of these to try out. But if you're having the slouchy problem for your boots make sure to have them tied pretty tight. Most of these styles have a drawstring around the top for this. Don't pull it too tight, because that's ugly and you're going to have a baggy knee cap from the material scrunching up too much. No one wants that, lol.
