Ok, how many of you have wanted to try something that was different from your normal go to but was scared and ended up sticking to the same old thing?

Trust me there's been plenty of times like that for me, but this post is about going outside your norm. For instances this sweater style and the color of it is something I typically wouldn't choose, but so glad I did!

I had been seeing this bell sleeve sweater all over the IG since Fall, and loved it but felt like oh no I wouldn't be able to pull this off so I kept passing it up. Well, I finally caved because... why not!?! The bell sleeve along with other fun versions of it have been huge this fall/winter season. And this "rust" color is so pretty, but not a color I would usually choose. Who knew it would look so nice with my complexion?! I love it. I needed to step out of my living in pink box for once to discover something else that was just as nice.

Besides the details of the sweater being out of my norm, even this outfit and how I styled it was different than my go to. I typically would've chosen dark denim and maybe a bootie for this look, but I was in the moment of stepping outside the box and ventured in trying it with black jeans and some knee highs. I have to say it's quite an eye catching combo! I kept my accessories very minimal, because with the statement sleeves and boots, you don't need a lot.

One last thing on the sweater though, it's on sale for under $25! I think cream is the only color available yet, but that's perfect for Spring and Valentines Day around the corner. I got a S in this, but could've gone with a M because I like my oversized things. My babe always is asking why I wear things so big, and it's just comfy that's why, lol!
