I love a total body workout because I break up a sweat faster to burn more calories and my muscles don't feel as fatigued the next day as if I were to burn one section out in a routine. I like to switch up my workouts and style to keep my body guessing what's coming. When your body can predict what it's about to undergo, it stops pushing. It knows the routine so doesn't try as hard leaving you with less results.
