Hey y'all,

I'm super pumped that I'm bringing you my very first fitness vlog! 

I've mentioned a few things here and there that are some great moves to perform at home or while traveling that only require your on body weight, but most recently I have been super inspired to hit the gym hard again. 

 

 

Above you can see it all for yourself. Step by step, I walk you through it. The plus side of this fitness routine is that you still don't necessarily need to go to the gym, you can do most of this at home, just use bottles filled with water for weights, and obvi the last exercise you would just for go doing... or you could just perform wide leg squats. Take a look to see for yourself, but this leg day routine will def help to tight and tone your tush ;)

THE WORKOUT:

 

superset | 3 sets

10 deadlift to squat

8 single leg deadlift each side

 

superset | 3 sets

10 sumo squat to curtsey squat

10 single leg hip thrust

10 hip thrust

10 single leg hip thrust (other leg)

10 sumo squat to curtsey squat (other leg)

 

superset | 3 sets

10 wide leg leg press (wider than hip with, slightly turned out)

10 frog style leg press (feet closer together, turned out)
