Alright y'all, I'm sharing some simple exercises to start you off on building up your back and biceps. Summer is right around the corner and I know we all struggle on achieving our "bikini body" goals. It's HARD, I'm not gonna lie. Coming from a girl who is always working out in some way or the other, it's challenging to maintain.
