Giving you a little FITNESS FRIDAY motivation!
I got 5 exercises here that target your hamstrings to help perk your tush, and boy will you feel it. These are pretty simple moves and can all be done without any machines! I used a set of dumbbells throughout this entire routine. You could even do these moves at home and make shift equipment.... like use a gallon of water for the weight or your couch to prop you feet on.
I explain each of these moves throughly while demonstrating, so no worries I'll guide you through ;)
Give this a shot next time you hit the gym and can't be bothered to deal with the constantly crowed machines.
